Ford Kenya leader Moses Wetangula has said that the National Super Alliance (NASA) will review all the contracts awarded under the leadership of President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto to ascertain whether the right procedures were followed or not.
The NASA co-principal, who spoke in Bungoma County on Friday, said that the leadership of former prime Minister Raila Odinga will not tolerate rogue contractors.
“I want to put the Jubilee Party on notice that as NASA Government, we will review and abrogate all contracts they have signed with other countries without sufficient justification and those found on fraudulent considerations,” Wetang’ula said, as quoted by Standard.
The senator, who is defending his seat in the forthcoming general polls, also launched a scathing attack on Ruto for criticizing the opposition over the nominations of different candidates including Wiper Party leader Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka’s son to join the East Africa Legislative Assembly (EALA) ahead of the forthcoming general polls.
“We cannot have Ruto question Hon Kalonzo when in fact his underage daughter is a Deputy Ambassador in Rome. As for the President, tell me which member of his family is not holding a senior position in Government,” he added.
