[Photo|ODM]NASA co-principal Moses Wetangula has issued a demand to the electoral body, IEBC, ahead of the fresh presidential election.The Supreme Court ordered for a repeat poll, in 60 days, following the nullification of August 8 polls, on September 1.Wetangula had demanded that IEBC sacks all the Constituency Returning Officers (ROs), and other new ones employed to oversee the election exercise.According to the Bungoma senator and Ford Kenya party leader, current ROs could have been used to manipulate the election exercise, which Supreme Court judges termed was marred by irregularities."IEBC should sack all the Returning Officers and other new ones employed. We want new Returning Officers in each and every constituency," Wetangula said, Sunday.Speaking during a Nasa public rally at the Masinde Muliro Grounds in Mathare, Nairobi, Nasa leader Raila Odinga on his part alleged that some special police officers were assigned as ROs in Nasa strongholds, to temper with election exercise.
