Speaking at a rally in Kitengela on Sunday,the Bungoma Senator,who is eyeing the Presidency on the alliance's ticket,said that he will stay put in the team even if not nominated it's flag bearer.
He also urged his co-principles,Raila Odinga of Orange Democratic Party,Amani Party leader Musalia Mudavadi and Wiper's Kalonzo Musyoka to uphold unity in the alliance in order to send the ruling Jubilee administration home in the approaching general polls dated for August.
He said that leaving the alliance to run alone would be suicidal to any of the principles.
''I as Wetangula is in NASA to stay and so are the others,we are all aware that leaving to go it alone would be a political suicide,'' said Wetangula
''It is a risk we cannot afford to take,'' he added.
This comes at a time when the 4 man-headed alliance is at crossroads on the most suitable candidate to represent it in the presidential ballot come August 8,a committee has been set up and tasked with the responsibility of solving the quiz.
