Muthama said that Wetangula should be ready to work under the leadership of cord leader Raila Odinga.

“Wetangula should concentrate on his work as Bungoma Senator and desist from making inflammatory remarks that could wreck the coalition,” said Muthama.

Speaking to the media on after the conclusion of the Joint Parliamentary Committee investing the IEBC, Muthama said added that the Bungoma Senator was not part of the memorandum of Understanding between the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party and Wiper party and as a result he cannot advise the two leaders.

”Wetangula has visited Nyanza more than ten times, the last three visits being in Awendo, Nyando and Alego Usonga Constituencies in less than two months without informing Raila Odinga or ODM leadership, and no one ever complained him and Raila did not raise any issue with that," he said.
