Ford Kenya party leader Moses Wetangula, now wants Miguna Miguna brought back.
He has criticised the Jubilee government after it deported the self-proclaimed National Resistance Movement (NRM) General to Canada.
The lawyer was deported from Kenya on Tuesday night after being arraigned in court over the controversial swearing-in of NASA leader Raila Odinga.
Miguna was presented before Kajiado Law Courts following his arrest on Friday 2.
According to his lawyer John Khaminwa, Miguna was placed into a KLM flight departing from Nairobi for Amsterdam minutes to 10 pm.
Wetangula who is also the NASA co-principal demanded that the Jubilee government brings back Miguna since he was still a Kenyan.
"The Jubilee regime should read article 16 of the constitution and stop fooling Kenyans about the deportation. Bring him back at your cost!" he tweeted on Wednesday.
