On Saturday, during a send-off of the late Yvonne Wamalwa (wife to the late Michael Kijana Wamalwa) Moses Wetangula took to the podium to "send with her a message" to her late husband, Michael Wamalwa.
Speaking after eulogizing the late Mrs. Wamalwa, the NASA principal "asked her" to give assurance to the late Wamalwa in the yonder that Trans Zoia is still a Ford Kenya zone and the Governor was even elected on Ford Kenya ticket.
"Also don't forever to tell our brother Wamalwa that in Kenya, TV stations have been switched off and the media gagged by the government," he said amidst cheering from mourners.
He added that the late Wamalwa should be made aware that Opposition leaders in Kenya have had their firearms confiscated and their security men withdrawn.
"Tell our brother Wamalwa that we swore-in Raila on Tuesday, 30th, as People's President," he said.
Wetangula eulogised the late Yvonne as down-to-earth, hardworking and very dedicated woman who worked with all diligence as a Deputy High Commisioner of Kenya in Australia.
"Michael Wamalwa was a great man and the great man married a great woman. The woman is lying the one lying there. We pray that may she shine with angels," he concluded in a local dialect.
