Former Presidential candidate Nazlin Umar has now said that National Majority leader Aden Duale promised to sue the Nairobian for exposing their love affair.
The politician said that Duale, the Garissa MP, has asked her to take heart as he deals with the matter.
“On this Nairobian exposé, he made express promises to me that we would sue the Nairobian, (we) and he was consoling me to "take heart", said Umar, as quoted by Tuko.co.ke.
Umar also said that Duale, a strong critic of the Former Prime Minister Raila Amolo Odinga, has affirmed that he will provide her with a shoulder to lean on after her daughter read about the expose on social media.
She also revealed that Duale called her on the same day the love affair came into the public domain, adding that they discussed different issues.
“He called me on this that same night as we discussed this, I was utterly broken and he promised me he would deal with it and shield me,” lamented Nazlin in a long Facebook post on Monday, November 6
