According to Kuria, Jubilee had offered the son of Tseikuru over one hundred state jobs on condition he throws his weight behind Uhuru Kenyatta's reelection.

Speaking from his Facebook page Kuria, said Kalonzo was offered high ranking positions that would benefit the Akamba community but he declined.

"Last week we offered you six cabinet secretaries, 15 permanent secretaries, fifty chairpersons and 50 CEO of parastatals, and 30 ambassadors for Kamba professionals. You selfishly refused, now prepare for five more years in opposition," reads part of Kuria's post.
