Members of the Nairobi Business Community now say they will also turn out in their numbers to counter the planned National Super Alliance (NASA) protests set to resume Monday morning.
The community’s chairman Wilfred Kamau said they will join Jubilee supporters from the neighbouring counties to counter the demos.
He defended the move stating it aims at protecting their investments.
"We will stop at nothing to protect our investments, women and children," said Kamau in Nairobi as quoted by the Standard.
He also advised university students to shun being used by politicians.
On his part, Jack Owino, a member of the community said businesses were suffering.
