[Photo| Capital Fm]The National Super Alliance (Nasa) is planning to hold a parallel rally on Tuesday, November 28, during the swearing-in ceremony of president-elect Uhuru Kenyatta. Nasa's mega rally will be held at Uhuru Park grounds while Uhuru's inauguration will be at Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani. It is not clear if the opposition team will be swearing-in opposition leader Raila Odinga as allegedly the president during the rally, as they had earlier threatened. The Supreme Court of Kenya led by Chief Justice David Maraga upheld Uhuru's win in the October 26 repeat presidential election after it had earlier nullified the August 8 one. Nasa, however, insists it will not recognise Uhuru as president claiming his election was illegitimate.Opposition leaders Raila and Kalonzo withdrew from the October poll while their supporters across the country boycotted it. A faceoff between Nasa and police is expected on Tuesday as government indicated it will decide on when and how the opposition will hold their meetings.
