Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka might have ended his political marriage with Raila Odinga the moment he snubbed their swearing-in as the people's president and deputy respectively at Uhuru Park on Tuesday, political analyst Peter Ngure has said.

Ngure argues that Kalonzo's absence at Raila's oath-taking ceremony was a clear indication that he might no longer be interested in the political marriage with Raila.

The political analyst observes that Kalonzo 'washed' away from the trust he had built with Raila Odinga, adding that his absence automatically pushes him out of the National Super Alliance (NASA).

In an interview on Tuesday, the Kiambu based political analyst also observed that Kalonzo, Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula's absence could mark the end of NASA.

"Skipping Raila's swearing-in on Tuesday means that Kalonzo could be fade up with the opposition and wants to move out of NASA," he said.

Ngure said that Kalonzo will have it hard repackaging himself even if he decides to part ways with Raila.

"What Kalonzo did on Tuesday confirms that he is not trustable and cannot be relied on meaning that his political career could have ended on Tuesday," he said.

Ngure said that no one will trust Kalonzo again noting that his Tuesday absence was betrayal to loyal supporters who have often stood with him through thick and thin.

The analyst also said that Kalonzo's absence at Raila's oath-taking will have a bad implication on his 2022 presidential ambition.

He said that Raila could decide not to honour the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) he signed with the Wiper leader for betraying him.

Ngure said that Kalonzo is at crossroads, noting that he will take ages to recover from his political blunders.

Kalonzo signed a MoU with Raila that was to see him automatically fly the NASA ticket in 2022.

Various leaders among them Machakos governor Alfred Mutua have ridiculed Kalonzo for snubbing Raila's swearing-in.

Mutua in a statement on Tuesday said that Kalonzo is not trustable and cannot be depended on.

Kalonzo has however defended his absence at Raila's swearing-in saying unavoidable circumstances could not have allowed him to be present.
