With a few left to the general elections, Google trends show that
Uasin Gishu Senate Candidate Margaret Kamar was the most searched person in the last seven days.
Seeking election under Jubilee, Kamar led in the searches at 75 per cent while Kericho's Aaron Cheruiyot came at 25 percent.
In the Google Search Trends, Kenyans also searched the Kiambu County Women Rep candidates where Gathoni Wamuchomba of Jubilee had 74 per cent with Anne Nyokabi (outgoing) coming at 26 per cent.
Nyokabi will not be in the race after she lost in the primaries.
In the governor category, searchers wanted to know more on Bomet County candidates where incumbent Isaac Rutto of CCM came at 75 per cent while Joyce Laboso of Jubilee came at 25 per cent.
Kenyans also showed strong interest to know Uasin Gishu County candidates where the incumbent Jackson Mandago (Jubilee) had 15 per cent while his rival Bundotich Zedekiah Kiprop 'Buzeki' (independent candidate) came at 85 per cent.
The Kirinyaga governor seat with two main rivals was also among the most searched areas with Anne Waiguru (Jubilee) coming at 54 per cent while Martha Karua (Narc Kenya) got 46 per cent.
