NASA leader Raila Odinga on Sunday toured Kawangware after attending a church service at Gatina PAG church.
Raila, accompanied by several NASA luminaries, dismissed the October 26 poll.
He said another election will be held in 90 days.
The Opposition leader seemed in a campaign mood as he sold his manifesto to the people.
He said his policies will be to set up a fund for single mums as well as revamp industries to employ the youth.
He also dismissed those calling for his retirement.
"I will not retire because Ruto says so, I will retire when I want. What matters is not the age but ones ideas" he said amid cheers from his supporters.
