Through his social media platforms, Mr. Lone said the political influence caused by the Cambridge Analytica was deliberately more harmful.

He also added that the Kenyan journalists should take the opportunity and jump into action to investigate the elections whose result was highly disputed leading to a repeat election.

This comes after the British Channel 4 news on Monday exposed the executives of the company in a video bragging on their success in Kenya and other countries in the world.

“Reading this story about deploying prostitutes to entrap US politicians to help Trump win the election, we can be sure how that what Cambridge Analytica did in Kenya was infinitely more vicious,” said lone.

“Our investigative journalists should be jumping into action.”

According to the news channel, Cambridge Analytica used former spies, Ukraine women and bribes to blackmail politicians and get informations from them.

It can be remembered that former United States presidential aspirant, Hillary Clinton said that the repeat election in Kenya was a project of Cambridge Analytica.
