Days after taking his oath of office for a second and final term, President Uhuru Kenyatta took some time off from politics to attend a wedding at Holy Trinity Church in Kileleshwa, Nairobi on Saturday, December 2.According to Uhuru, the wedding was between Alfrida Jelagat and Joel Sande.In a tweet, the president wished the couple joy, peace, and God's blessing as they start a new life together. "Joined the families of Alfrida Jelagat and Joel Sande to witness their wedding ceremony at Holy Trinity Church, Kileleshwa. Wished them joy, peace and God's blessing in their marriage," said the president, Saturday. Coincidentally, Uhuru and First Lady Margaret Kenyatta also got married on Saturday, December 2,1989 at the Holy Family Basilica in Nairobi.They have been married for the last 28 years.
