Putt resigned as the head coach, saying there were promises made by the Kenya Federation that were not met.

He has had a coaching experience across the continent, and his stay has been fruitful for his flourishing career.

Here are some of the achievement the Belgian tactician has managed to garner.

His biggest achievement was leading Burkina Faso to the runner-up position at the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations in South Africa.

He was been the manager of the Gambian national team between 2008 and 2011, before being appointed as manager of Burkina Faso in March 2012.

He has also managed Belgian club sides Geel, Lokeren and Lierse.

The tactician was also banned for three-years for alleged involvement in the Ye Zheyun match-fixing scandal.

He has also coached Jordan, after leaving Burkina Faso in February 2015.
