A parliamentary report prepared in 2005 sensationally claimed that former Foreign Affairs Minister Robert Ouko was killed in State House Nakuru.
While the recommendations of the probe by former Kisumu Town East MP Gor Sunguh is yet to be adopted, the report implicated former powerful minister Nicholas Biwott of playing a lead role.
The report, which was tabled in 2010, claimed that Ouko had been sacked unaware and his security withdrawn a week before he disappeared.
Evidence gathered in the report indicates that Biwott and former Nyanza PC Julius Kobia as Ouko was abducted from his Koru home by the intelligence agents.
Further, reads the report, Ouko was bundled into Kobia's car and driven to State House in Nakuru where he was killed in the presence of the two and many other powerful government operatives.
A herdsboy identified as Shikuku, dicsovered Ouko's mutilated body at Got Alila, few kilometers from the slain minister's home in February 13 in 1990.
Despite the discovery of the body in the aforementioned date, the government would however announce Ouko's death two days later.
While the report recommended investigations on Biwott, Kobia, powerful PS Hezekiah Oyugi, nothing has been done to date.
