Former Embakasi MP David Mwenje, who was seemingly bored with Onyonka’s lengthy speech, formulated a way of interrupting the speech.
While on a point of order, Mwenje claimed that Onyonka had been sacked by the president thus he lacked moral authority to address parliament.
For few minutes, tension build in parliament with Mwenje claiming that he had heard news through KBC radio.
Onyonka cut short his speech and rushed out of the house to source for news regarding his imaginary dismissal.
