Cord has not yet selected anyone as its candidate to vie for the presidency in the 2017 General Elections.
The question Kenyans ask themselves is when is the party going to announce to the public who will carry the coalition's flag ahead of 2017?
As it is in Jubilee, President Uhuru Kenyatta is the presidential candidate in 2017 General Elections, Kenyans know that but Cord despite the pressure from supporters for the coalition to announce one candidate to compete with Kenyatta in the coming elections has still bore no fruits.
As we are approaching the next elections, Cord coalition should select one person among the three Cord principals, Ford Kenya leader, Moses Wetangula, Wiper party leader, Kalonzo Musyoka and ODM party leader, Raila Odinga to vie for the presidency, the earlier the better.
