She won the 2013 elections on the then United Republican Party (URP) ticket.

She however only served one term in office as she opted to vie for the Soy constituency parliamentary seat in 2017 but lost during the Jubilee party nominations.

At some point during her term in office, 'Mama County' as she was popularly referred to was put to task over her performance as a Woman Representative and even some youths threatened to begin a process to recall her for collecting the required 1,000 signature.

She was accused of disengaging her constituents after her win, allegations that she strongly denied and defended herself saying that she had frequently visited the county every weekend to discuss development matters with the women, youths and other groups that fell under her mandate.

Since her failure to win the Jubilee party primaries in 20017, Eusilah Ng'eny has taken a low profile in the public limelight.

She has also been inactive in social media. According to her official Facebook page, her last update was during an event in Moiben Sub County before the August 8, 2017 poll where she presided over a water drilling exercise, a project that was being funded by the National Government Affirmative Action Fund.

It remains to be seen whether she will be back in politics ahead of another election in 2022.
