The last one week has been one of the most difficult for ODM leader Raila Odinga with his Nyanza political turf seemingly rebelling against him.
The latest controversy surrounding the citizenship of firebrand lawyer Miguna Miguna has only aggravated the situation. Some of his supporters have turned heat on him claiming that he has failed the NRM General. A recent post on Odinga's Facebook page generated negative comments from his disgruntled support base.
A section of politicians from Kisumu led by MP Olago Aluoch have also openly raised questions over the Miguna drama with the famous Uhuru-Raila handshake coming to the fore.
