After contesting for the presidential seat in 2013, Pastor Pius Muiru of Maximum Miracle Centre has disappeared from the limelight and national television, unlike the past.
The famous Pastor used to feature on national TV stations before he disappeared after losing in the 2013 elections to President Uhuru Kenyatta.
The pastor who lives a lavish lifestyle in a multi-million mansion in Kigumo has not dropped his ministry as many think.
He runs The Maximum Miracle Centre ministry in Ruaraka where he enjoys massive followers.
The pastor preaches alongside his wife Rev Lucy Muiru.
He further runs the NURU TV where he broadcasts his live ministries and his followers get to catch a glimpse of his ‘miracles’.
The famous preacher still retains his slogan ‘Kuna Nuru Gizani’ and still holds crusades praying for the sick and as a result, gathers large gatherings.
Muiru further runs his ministry through the social media.
The pastor through his Facebook page is able to reach out to his followers and market his church.
He also broadcasts live his sermons and prays with his followers.
The pastor has been able to maintain ‘relevance’ and followers in a ministry where it is marred by fake pastors who aim at extorting money from Kenyans through numerous ‘miracles’ he performs and airs on air.
