Speaking at Parliament on Tuesday, Wandayi said that he won't be cowed nor silenced by anyone when he is driving his point home.

"Whistling is my constitutional right and no-one will at any point prevent me from doing. It is my way of talking and expressing myself as provided for by the Kenyan constitution," said the Ugunja lawmaker.

He applauded the ruling of Judge Daniel Ogembo which suspended his six months suspension from accessing the parliament.

Wandayi was ejected from parliament by the direction of Speaker Justine Muturi for blowing a whistle when the President was giving his state of the nation address on March this year.

Jubilee legislators have since challenged the judiciary for undermining the parliament and the standing orders that govern the parliament.
