Speaking in Kisii town Bokimonge MCA George Bibao alleged that Kisii County gave NYS Sh23 million to construct county roads.

“We need our Governor James Ongwae to come out and tell us about the Sh23 million and which criteria NYS used to get such amount of money,” noted Bibao.

Bibao said in various constituencies different tractors have been seen working but the question is that nobody knows whether the tractors are from the Kisii county government or NYS.

“The tractors which are in various constituencies are yet unknown whether they are of Kisii County or NYS we ask Ongwae to tell us,” added Bibao.

The MCA said it is good for Kisii county residents to know how their money is being used by the current county leadership.
