The nation is in suspense trying to 'unearth' the curlprits behind the grenade attack at Kalonzo Musyoka's home in Nairobi.
There is sketchy information in the public domain but this is what we know:
The incident happened in the middle of the night. Around 2pm to be precise.
The government has already deployed to the scene a team of detectives from Bomb Squad Unit.
No fatalities have been recorded from the attack.
According to Kalonzo's personal assistant, a Mr Matiki, the attackers were using a private car.
They hurled the grenade into the home and shot several times.
The grenade hit a security wire in the perimeter wall before bouncing back and exploding.
The attack came just hours after his NASA co-principal Raila Odinga was 'sworn-in' as president.
Speculations on social point fingers at NASA while others accuse the political enemies of Kalonzo and Odinga.
