NASA leader Raila Odinga and any interested party that feels aggrieved by the way October 26 repeat polls were conducted have until midnight Monday to file a petition at the Supreme Court, failure to which President-elect Uhuru Kenyatta will be sworn in on November 28.
The Constitution provides seven days for the filing of such a petition in the Supreme Court following the declaration of a winner.
Odinga won his first petition against the election of Uhuru on September 1.
The opposition chief has dismissed the election of Uhuru even after he withdrew from the repeat polls sighting credibility issues.
Several other petitions have already been filed before the Supreme Court including by activist Okiya Omtatah who wants the election invalidated on account of Odinga’s withdrawal.
