[Photo|Babu @citizentvkenya]Three National Super Alliance (Nasa) politicians were arrested on Thursday afternoon while they were on their way to Kibea for a Nasa rally. The three, Embakasi East MP Babu Owino, his counterpart of Ruaraka and TJ Kajwang and former Starehe Parliamentary aspirant steve Mbogo were taken to Kilimani police station for questioning . According to their charge sheets, the opposition politicians were accused of breaking the traffic rules by allegedly riding on motorcycles without helmets and reflectors.They were later in the day released from police custody and ordered to report back to the Kilimani Police Station on Friday at 1pm for further interrogation over the matter, failure to which they will be prosecuted.
