His name is Harun Mwai, a flamboyant man who straddles the two worlds of business and politics.

The former MP for Kilome is back in the headlines after filing a petition that could very well lead to the annulment of the controversial October 26 rerun.

He had earlier filed an urgent petition in the High Court seeking to stop the rerun but it flopped after the judge said that the court lacked jurisdiction to hear the case.

The rerun proceeded and Jubilee had a sigh of relief.
