Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD) co-principal Kalonzo Musyoka has threatened to refer National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale to the International Criminal Court (ICC) over alleged incitement remarks if security agencies fail to take a stern action against the legislator.
Speaking in Kajiado on Sunday, the Wiper Party leader further accused the Jubilee administration of hypocrisy in its fight against tribalism.
The former Vice President also challenged Duale to stop tagging his misfortune on his political competitors.
"Duale should not pin his tribulations on his opponents but rather submit himself to the justice system," Musyoka noted.
In an audio clip attributed to the Garissa Township MP, the speaker is heard urging youths to drive away the Kamba Community from Garissa and bar them from registering as voters in the area.
The legislator has since dismissed the allegations, describing them as 'concocted' propaganda.
