Garissa Township MP Aden Duale may soon find himself behind bars for allegedly perpetrating hate speech during his recent visits in his constituency.

Duale has been accused of several vices, and among them is calling for the massive eviction of a particular group of people out of Garissa environs.

The vocal Garissa Town MP is in trouble with the entire North Eastern regions and especially his constituents for allegedly calling for eviction of residents of Waberi village in Garissa county. 

The village is predominantly occupied by non-Somali communities community from Eastern region.

In a video that has since resurfaced online, Duale is on record saying other communities and outsider clans will be ejected from Garissa County if they do not vote for his favorite and preferred gubernatorial aspirant from his Ogaden clan. 

The utterances has attracted the wrath of many Kenyans who have launched an online call to have him arrested and charged.
