Leader of Majority in the National Assembly Aden Duale has hit out at Baringo Senator Gideon Moi for conducting a probe on the television shutdown during opposition leader Raila Odinga's inauguration.According to Duale, the matter is at the courts and should not be probed by the Senate committee on ICT.The Garissa Town MP noted that Senator Moi should stop chairing the investigation since he is an interested party in media affairs.He explained that the Senator's family had links with KTN TV and as such he should not be part of the probe.Meanwhile, the committee's efforts to have ICT Cabinet Secretary Joe Mucheru appear before it hit a stumbling block after the CS skipped the meeting.This is the second time the CS has skipped the committee's summons to appear before it to explain issues surrounding the media switch off.Last week, Mucheru skipped the sermon and sent a letter indicate that he could not appear as Thursday had been reserved for Cabinet meetings.
