Wanga, the Homa Bay ODM chairperson has fought her way to the biggest political table and she is not just slowing down even after having an illustrious career during the short period she has been an active political operator.

With claims that she is eyeing the Governor seat come 2022, Wanga is seemingly laying her political machinery to springboard her political ambitions if her recent activities are anything to by.

The vocal MP has so far been the most visible Homa Bay elected MP on the ground in what many interpret as a game plan for 2022 elections.

On Tuesday, she won the hearts of her constituents when she sponsored over 200 youths to go for a training at various NITA centers across the country through her National Government Affirmative Action Fund.

During Labour Day celebrations, the vocal lawmaker spent her day distributing relief food to the victims of raging floods in the county. Besides that, her Homa Bay Women Sacco is so far one of the biggest projects to be undertaken by her political peers.

Whether she has her eyes trained on a bigger seat in 2022 remains to be seen. But if she decides to take on male politicians in the gubernatorial race, Wanga will surely triumph.
