Gor qualified even after losing 2-1 away to Supersport having won the first match 1-0 in the country, a match that was played at the Machakos Stadium.

Kogalo has been pooled in Group D together with Young Africa (Yanga) from Tanzania, USM Algiers from Algeria and Rayon Sport from Rwanda.

The Kenyan champions will have their first game away in Rwanda today, Sunday, where they'll face Rayon, with the match expected to be a tough encounter, considering the team beat Costa do Sol of Mozambique 3-0 at home.

The Rwandan team is one of the best team in their home league and is currently third.

Gor Mahia on the other side has three games at hand and is still atop the Kenyan Premier League table with a two-point difference.

Kogalo fans have travelled to Rwanda to support their team, and believe Gor can make them proud with a win in the Central Africa country.
