The coast region Jubilee point man comes 2022 elections is none other than Governor Amason Kingi.
He has ambition for the national politics just like his Mombasa counterpart Hassan Joho, they both understand the coastal politics but their main problem is that both are in the same party and unfortunately he has little chances in ODM so what's the best way out for the tough-talking governor?
He must create his own political clout and it can only happen by distancing himself from the ODM sagas and demand what belongs to him.
He has to enlarge his followings, work with Jubilee to end the influence of Joho beyond Mombasa county. I know Deputy President William Samoei Ruto will look for him, he will give him an opportunity to be the king from the Coast.
He will magnify his image and lift his political clout beyond Coast region. This is the moment, this is the time for Governor Kingi to create himself and he will perfect with the help of DP Ruto.
It's a gospel truth that ODM will not give any other person a chance to excel from the region without the input of Joho. He is their regional point man and in fact he is being groomed to be running mate for Raila Odinga comes 2022.
Governor Kingi must then resist that kind of party dictatorship and focus on himself, his survival after the governorship. He must be part of the inner team of Ruto presidential team.
