Vihiga county governor Wilbur Otichilo has spoken on why he has been unable to fulfill his 100 days promises in office.

Otichilo mentioned several challenges that hindered his scorecard one of which he says was the fact that he inherited billions of pending bills, bloated staff, unfriendly staff, and lack of proper government structure among others.

The governor said after receiving the report on pending bills from Kenya National Audit Office, the figures coming out were disturbing.

Otichilo gave himself a scorecard of scored 65% on what he promised to do for his people in his first 100 days in office.
