Speaking during an exclusive interview on JKL, Ndeti said that Muthama wanted to a ‘senator and governor’. “He wanted to be a senator and Governor at the same time. And that is why he was fronting his candidate,” she said.

The lawmaker also attacked Machakos Governor Dr. Alfred Mutua and Deputy Bernard Kiala for fighting she declared interest in the seat. She, however said that she is no longer interested in the fighting the trio since she is the chosen one.

“I don’t want to waste my time with them” she added. When asked about her relationship with President Uhuru Kenyatta, Wavinya Ndeti said that she is thankful to him after he offered her job, which she left after sometime.

“When he became the president he was the president of everybody and I want to thank him for sure he gave me a job. He gave me a job in the Uwezo Trust Fund,” she added. The legislator is facing a case as she seeks to contest for the governorship after a registered voter took her to court claiming that she belongs to two parties.
