Speaking during a rally attended by residents of Jam City slum in Athi River town, Ndile said that Uhuru is a performer, adding that he deserves another term in office.
The aspirant for Mavoko Parliamentary seat also said that the government of Jubilee recognizes the needs of the poor, adding that under Uhuru’s leadership no poor Kenyan has been frustrated through acts such as pulling down his or her house.
“I support Uhuru’s reelection because his government protects lives and property without discrimination. There is no single day houses and other structures belonging to the poor have been pulled down by the state under his guard, as opposed to the previous regimes,” he said, as quoted by Star.
The vocal politician also took a swipe at former President Mwai Kibaki, accusing him of masterminding the demolition of houses in different areas in Mavoko and other parts of the nation including Syokimau, Kyiangombe, Mukuru Kwa Njenga and Maasai village.
