The commissioners who were accused of receiving bribes including the 'Chicken-gate scandal', earlier before they insisted that they would rather go to jail than quit.

Kenyans must be worried now since the same commissioners announced the exit before 2017 elections. 

The commissioners through media, especially newspapers, were quoted saying they will not quit and they went to the extent saying they rather go to jail than quit from office. 

At a given point, IEBC chairman, Isaack Hassan was quoted in a local daily that IEBC will not quit office.
