Four serious anomalies have been found in the August 8 win of Starehe MP Njagua Kanyi popularly known as Jaguar.
A researcher Nyangasi Oduor told the court that he had found serious anomalies in 160 of the 182 Form 35A.
Nyangasi told the court that most of the forms did not bear official IEBC stamp.
Second, a large number of the forms were not signed by the presiding officer and the returning officer.
Third, Nyangasi alleged that ballot boxes were stuffed.
Finally, the petitioner said there was an inexplicable variation between the results declared in the parliamentary elections and the actual results announced by IEBC.
The petition challenging Jaguar's win was filed by ODM's aspirant in the August 8 polls Steve Mbogo.
