Jimmy Wanjigi, who is the Nasa bankroller is a man under siege.
This is after alleged officers from the flying squad stopped his car at Museum Hill.
In a video that has been making rounds on social media, two armed men are seen moving to his car before another one goes closer and points into the car.
However, it has emerged that Wanjigi was being followed so that he is given a court order.
Wanjigi is expected in court tomorrow to take plea in a case.
The officers say that they have a warrant of arrest against the Wanjigi but he was not ready to alight from his car.
Hivisasa is yet to establish which case Wanjigi is facing.
Wanjigi is among opposition supporters who attended a highly charged swearing in ceremony that saw Nasa leader Raila Odinga sworn in as the Peoples president.
