The Judge tasked to oversee the case where Mbita MP Millie Odhiambo is seeking to stop her impending arrest by police for saying unprintable words against President Uhuru Kenyatta has disqualified himself from hearing the case.

On Thursday High Court Judge James Wakiaga said he was not willing to hear the case because apparently, Millie Odhiambo is his MP. He directed that the hearing is passed to another Judge.

The case will be heard by another Judge on January 10.
