Former Kibwezi West MP Kalembe Ndile quest to rise to power is a far fetched dream.
The recent twist of events in Mavoko clearly shows that Ndile no longer commands support in this part of the nation.
The lawmaker’s recent woes is a clear indicator that he has lost touch with the people of this constituency yet he wants to lead them for five years.
During the last general polls, Ndile was beaten terribly when he contest for the Kibwezi West seat.
What else is the aspirant bringing to the board to make him more marketable than he was in 2013? What makes the legislator think that he will unseat the current MP very early in the morning? As much as all dreams are valid, Ndile has an uphill task to clinch the seat.
When Ndile was appointed an Assistant Minister for Tourism and Wildlife, he did little for his people.
The residents of this side have nothing to smile about when they hear the name of aspirant. If Ndile failed to perform as an assistant, how will he deliver at the constituency level? It is good to call a spade a spade. Ndile should prepare for a rude shock in August.
