NASA presidential running mate Kalonzo Musyoka has revealed why the coalition leaders are not taking part in the anti-IEBC demos.

Kalonzo rubbished claims that they have failed to take to the streets because the government withdrew their security hence endangering their lives.

According to Kalonzo, they decided not to participate in the demonstrations since they are candidates in the repeat of polls.

"Our supporters are our security, we feel safe when we mingle with them", Kalonzo said.

He criticized president Uhuru Kenyatta for withdrawing their security.

Kalonzo said Jubilee is endangering opposition leaders' lives to stop the repeat of election slated for October 26.

He noted that as presidential aspirants, they deserve enough security since if one of them dies before or during the election, the election will stop.

"Withdrawing the security of a presidential candidate and his deputy during the campaign period and introduce malicious amendments to election laws, it shows that they are trying to frustrate the election process", he said.

Kalonzo added that; "Uhuru and Ruto must pray for that no one is hurt, because there will be no election if that happens".
