In an interview on Friday, Ngure, a Kiambu-based analyst claims that it will be difficult for Kalonzo to bid for 2022.

The analyst said Raila Odinga cannot be ruled out of the 2022 presidential race after losing to president Uhuru Kenyatta in the 2017 polls.

The analyst also states that Kalonzo's 2022 bid will remain a dream if he remains in NASA.

''Kalonzo Musyoka is the biggest casuality in NASA's defeat and unless he opts out of the opposition alliance he should forget about 2022,'' he said during the interview on Friday.

Ngure said  that an agreement between Kalonzo and Raila in regards to 2022 may not be honoured following Raila's defeat.

''Raila is the kind of a leader who never gives up and he might shockingly make another bid in 2022,'' he said.

The analyst however said that it will be difficult for NASA leaders to remain united after the loss.

NASA presidential flag bearer Raila Odinga lost his presidential bid for the fourth time to President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Uhuru won the August 8 polls garnering over 8.2 million votes against Raila's 6.8 million votes.

Raila has since disputed the results alleging rigging.

Raila claims that IEBC servers were allegedly hacked into and results manipulated in favour of Jubilee.

The opposition has ruled out moving to court to dispute the presidential results
