Wiper Party Leader Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka‘s political career is at risk after two petitioners asked the Hague-based International Criminal Court (ICC) in Netherlands to probe him alongside Former Prime Minister, Raila Amolo Odinga over what they term as actions that are likely to lead to bloodshed.

The two, Martin Nkari, and Kenneth Otieno want the court to investigate the opposition leaders after they said that they will ensure that there is no election in the nation unless the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) meets their demands.

The politicians want IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba and other officials suspected of hatching a plot to rig out Former Prime Minister in the fresh elections kicked out of the commission with immediate effect.

The petitioners have asked ICC Chief Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda to investigate the conduct of the two leaders following the nullification of the President Uhuru Kenyatta’s win after the August 8 exercise.

"On Friday, an intentionally recognized Canadian law firm, Watson Jacobs McCreary LLP, submitted papers to the court and they were formally received by Ms Patricia Castro, and then onto the Prosecutor’s office," reads part of the petitioner as quoted by Standard.
