Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has been lauded by Kiambu residents for setting up a Technical Training Institute (GTTI) in the constituency.

In a Facebook post on Sunday, Kuria noted that the institution will soon be launched as it is now 95 per cent complete.The MP also revealed that the technical college, which will be offering specialised training including oil drilling and a seafarers courses, will receive Sh100 million equipment in July.“Gatundu Technical Training Institute (GTTI) is now 95% complete. Soon we will open doors to the first batch of students who will also benefit from the Ksh 30,000 per student capitation that the Jubilee Government has introduced for technical colleges. We hope to start putting in place equipment worth Ksh100 Million in July. Soon our students will start undergoing very specialized training including oil drilling and a seafarers course.
