According to the organiser, the Luo festival is the celebration of Luo culture which Luos themselves describe as a culture of class characterized by people who are trendsetters, pace setters and  learned.

The stage will be lit by various sensational artists with beautiful voices expected to entertain the crowd. Famous song birds led by her 'majesty' Lady Maureen- queen of Ohangla and Emma Jalamo will be driving the crowd crazy.

Other artists expected to perform on the stage are Musa Jakadala, Wuod Fibi, John Junior and many more.

VJ  Ace Cross and DJ Pskratch Pascal will be on the decks as Mzee Jalang'o, Ajo Mbuta, Fred Omondi among others will be mastering the ceremony. The most surprising thing is that this will be the only event where everyone will be a V.I.P  and no regulars.

It won't be an only Luo's affair as anyone will be allowed to attend. They say: You don't have to be a Luo to attend. Luo is not a tribe, it is a calling. Live once live well. But do we say!
