Lawyer Aaron Ndubi says President Uhuru Kenyatta's victory will suffer a similar fate to that of August at all 'cost'.

IEBC declared Uhuru the winner having garnered over 98 percent of votes cast in a repeat poll that was boycotted by his main opponent Raila Odinga.

And Ndubi says the election outcome will be declared null and void due to massive 'illegaties' committed by the commission.

"IEBC did not learn from the past and the outcome will suffer a similar fate regardless of who contends the victory.

"The fact that over 25 constituencies did not take part, that alone will lead to cancellation. There is also cases of inflated poll turnout that will be prosecuted," he said.

Although the opposition team is yet to give it's direction, chances are that they may still end up in Supreme Court.

Ndubi also alleges massive altercations of Form 34As citing several examples that were circulated in social media.

Should any discontented party fail to file a petition within seven days upon the official declaration, Uhuru will be sworn in accordance to the constitution.

The electoral body cancelled planned repeat polls in Kisumu, Homabay, Migori and Siaya citing insecurity.
