The Education CS noted if the polls are conducted after October 17, there could be far reaching academic repercussions in the education sector.IEBC is yet to announce the date of the presidential re-run after the Supreme Court of Kenya nullified President Uhuru Kenyatta's win and ordered the commission to conduct fresh polls within 60 days.
