Miguna Miguna's series of deportation from Kenya despite claims that he is a Kenyan citizen by birth are clear signs that the government isn't ready to have him in the country.
He is seemingly a threat to the Jubilee government following the frequent jibes he has been launching towards the UhuRuto government before and after opposition chief Raila Odinga made bold move to shake hands with President Uhuru Kenyatta to symbolize reconciliation.
Miguna Miguna is a headache to Uhuru and Ruto due to his stubborn politics and threats that make the two government leaders experience 'shaking chills' whenever they hear he is coming back into the country.
His revolutionary character puts the 'illegitimate' government on spot and due to this he will really find it hard getting into Kenya as long as Jubilee still holds the government.
Another reason why Miguna Miguna may never return into the country is the disrespect that the government has been showing towards the courts.
The Judiciary has more power than the executive. However, in Kenya it is the opposite. The courts ordered release of Miguna Miguna more than 3 times but none was accordingly responded to by the government.
Should the government continue disobeying the court orders then possibly Miguna's return into the country is a NO! From the look of things, the courts have no more power over the executive, the courts can do nothing over the disobedience by the executive.
The government will be therefore defying all court orders demanding Miguna Miguna's return into the country without any serious actions by the court and so should the government continue disobeying court orders then Miguna Miguna who is not a part of the government will possibly have no access into his motherland.
